Goldbergs has been involved in litigation in all New South Wales courts and the Federal and High Courts of Australia. We also have experience in other tribunals such as the Workers' Compensation Commission.
All the partners and solicitors have extensive experience in acting for Respondent/Defendant interests in the District and Supreme Courts. Each of those partners also has extensive advocacy experience having appeared in contested criminal and civil cases.
