  • Experience in appearing as an advocate in contested hearings in civil and criminal matters in the Local and District Courts, the Land and Environment Court, the Industrial Relations Commission, the Racing Appeals Tribunal and the Workers' Compensation Commission.
  • Extensive experience in acting for Defendant's interests including Allianz Australia, CGU Workers' Compensation, NSW Ministerial Corporation, QBE, GrainCorp and Cambridge Integrated Services.
  • Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety prosecutions including appearance work in the Local Court, Industrial Relations Commission and Appeals to the Full Bench.
  • Expert in 1512 recovery work.
  • Extensive general legal experience including 4 years as a partner of Hancock Alldis in Hurstville before joining Goldbergs as a Partner in 1985.
  • Former Committee member of St George Sutherland Law Society.
  • Honorary Solicitor, NSW Jockey's Association (1980 - 1990).
